American Ag Credit, a leading agricultural based lending group consolidated their Castroville and Salinas branch operations in their new Salinas facility. The building features a state of the art networking capabilities including UPS emergency back up generator. The interior office improvements include vertical grain Douglas fie doors and trim work through out. Mill Construction played a significant role through the entire design development and construction phase of the project. This project was handled utilizing a negotiated contract format.
