Swenson & Silacci Flowers expanded their operations from a 3,000 square foot single store operation to an 8,000 square foot retail and distribution center for their satellite stores. The existing facility was a 1950’s art deco medical office building that was completely renovated into a functional retail space, cold storage, and floral design center. Mill Construction was responsible for the turnkey project including budget development, design and construction phases of the project. A negotiated guaranteed maximum contract was utilized on this project.
